Fleet Customer Service Advisor

Solihull

£12.30 per hour - Overtime paid at 1.5 hours

37.5 hours per week

A unique opportunity has presented itself with my client, a nationwide fleet management company who continue to expand their network and reputation as a market leader in the vehicle fleet industry.

My client is seeking driven and motivated individuals with a strong work ethic to deliver high standards of customer service to their valued clients. To be able to succeed within this role, my client is seeking an individual with previous fleet hire/ fleet management experience in a customer service environment, preferably a call centre.

The appropriate candidate should have previous experience of dealing with customers via the telephone and processing their issues this will include repair/service bookings, accident reporting and general customer queries. The role also includes off line work as well as call handling.

You might be required to work 3 rotating shifts

Week 1 - 07:50 to 15:30

Week 2 - 09:30 to 17:10

Week 3 - 10:30 to 18:10

One week in 12 there will be a requirement to work a Saturday. When you work Saturday you will work 1 hour less per day and the hours will be made up on the Saturday that week.
