Experienced receptionist required for a national award-winning fleet management company who provide vehicle maintenance and accident management services to some of the country's most recognisable businesses.

We are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated receptionist with the ideal candidate having a proven track record working within a fleet management environment with a passion for customer satisfaction and providing the very best customer service.

The role will be offered on a temporary ongoing contract initially with the opportunity to be taken on a permanent basis for exceptional candidates.

Duties will include:

• Front of house reception work.
• Answering telephones and dealing with a range of basic, non-technical customer queries, escalating where necessary
• Face to face customer enquiries.
• To receive goods, keys and vehicles and document as directed.
• Record attendance, work performance, times taken and associated details on computer systems ie Willow
• Filing and general administrative duties as directed

Key Requirements:

• Undertake the duties of Assistance Technician and Worksop Assistant as required
• Working at all times in accordance with policy and legal requirements.
• Experienced at dealing with people both face to face and via telephone with the ability to prioritise challenging tasks appropriately
• Computer literate
• Organised and used to working in an environment where the job tasks vary throughout the day
