Purpose

The Supply Chain Administrator willmanage the coordination and administration of all NPD, EPD, Shippers and Delists. Ensuring successful launch/change is achieved whilst supporting stakeholders.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend project and internal meetings/calls, providing support to the project process as required
• Investigate, manage key timelines and critical dates ensuring that the business is aware of the critical path
• Creation of CSNs as per CSN Creation/Change Policy guidelines by raising MNotes
• Communicate NPD Launches and EPD switch overs to Key Stakeholders
• Maintain NPD and Shipper Project Management Trackers
• Co-ordinate Stock moves to Co-packers for Shipper builds
• Assist Brand Teams to chase MNotes through to Production Ready to ensure successful launch
• To act as initial point of contact for all NPD, EPD, Obsolescence and Shipper queries.
• Liaise/work with Factory R&D Managers, Commercial, Central Technical, Label Origination, Factory -Packaging Technologist, Factory Planning, Forecasting, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Factory Logistics, Customer Service and Stock Availability Teams
• Control housekeeping on discontinued lines
• Data Entry

KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• Administration experience
• Experience of FMCG & Food Manufacturing
• Supply Chain knowledge preferred
• Microsoft Office Applications/SAP
