Job Role: Graduate Commercial Officer

Purpose

You will be required to support the winning and delivery of profitable business. Support effective governance through adherence to commercial policies and associated processes and procedures.

Duties

• Support the resolutions of commercial issues
• Liaison with the Export C0ontrol teams to ensure compliance with regulation
• Support the day to day point of interface on commercial and contractual matters for selected contracts
• Support the timely development, approval and issuance of bids and proposals
• Identify contract changes and support the change control process
• Support the project procurement team in negotiation of contractual agreement s with suppliers and subcontractors.

Experience and Qualifications

• Degree in Law or Business (or Similar)
• Can demonstrate commercial awareness and business acumen with attention to detail whilst meeting challenging deadlines
• Use own initiative within the scope of the role
