Job Role

  • Customer facing - Order processing, book management, administration of quotes and shipment scheduling between manufacture and customer.
  • Performing necessary functions to meet customer requirements on a timely basis.
  • Communicating directly with credit and collections, sales, shipping, purchasing, and other necessary departments and associates to ensure effective and timely service to customer.
  • Tracking and reporting to customers and sales staff regarding the delivery date, any anticipated delays and conflicting terms and conditions of customer's purchase orders.

Candidate skills & requirements

  • Highly organised with project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
  • Competent in the use of MS application software.
