Omega Resource Group is an award winning Recruitment Company that is recognised as one of the most innovative resource solutions business in the UK. We are currently looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our team, based in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire.

What will you get?

• You'll join the business with a warm desk, which means you will be able to make money quicker, working with our best and most established clients
• You don't need a degree to join the team - we have lots of different people from all walks of life
• Uncapped bonus / commission structure, ultimately there is no limit to how much you can earn
• On average our less experienced consultants earn OTE £40k
• Our more experienced consultants usually have an OTE of over £65k
• Hit 135% of your annual target and you'll get 3 months of your salary as an extra bonus

• Flexible working hours between 07:15 to 19:00

• Flexible dress code, you choose - smart or smart casual. But everyone has casual dress on a Friday

• We do some impressive work for charities - in the last 3 years we have helped to raise £60k for local charities in the Gloucestershire area
• Continual investment systems to help you make more money - such as LinkedIn Recruiter Professional Accounts and Bond ADAPT. As well as external coaching, college led leadership courses and an in-house training programme
