An award winning Customer Service Centre near Gloucester is looking for Customer Service Support Advisors due to departmental growth. You must have exceptional IT skills, come from a proven customer service background and be flexible with working hours as there will be weekend and evening shifts.

Customer Service Support is all about getting things right for our customers first time round and taking the opportunity to put things right when we don't, without fuss or complication. We want top quality talented people with a positive work attitude. You must be organised, enthusiastic and cooperative with a desire to succeed in all that you do. You need to be able to manage a varied workload and be willing to take on any extra responsibilities when required. Overall you must be able to demonstrate truly fantastic Customer Service in all elements of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering world class customer service through a variety of channels, calling, sending an email or a written letter.
  • Aim to excel at all productivity and quality targets set.
  • Give complete and accurate information - Effectively utilise all systems and knowledge to make sure we get it right first time for our customers.
  • Reviews and Feedback - Contribute fully and constructively in team meetings, performance reviews, coaching sessions and training courses/workshops..
  • Be eager and available to support the call centre when required.
  • A Team Player - Committed to the role and providing support to all colleagues in all areas of the business.

A background in customer service, relationship management or verbal/ written communication will be advantageous.
