Job Role

The Test and Quality Manager will form part of the Senior Production Team and report directly to the Head of Production. The Test and Quality Manager is responsible for managing the Test and Production Engineering including New Product Introduction (NPI)

Duties:

• Production Process quality monitoring and improvement
• Test team cross training
• Test and production quality plans
• Production Process development
• Production process and test documentation
• New Product Introduction
• Staff performance

Qualification/Experience

• Degree qualified or equivalent experience
• Experience of managing teams within a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrable experience in lean manufacturing methods
• Lean 6 Sigma Qualification
