Role: Maintenance Engineer

Location: Frome/ Warminster/ Trowbridge

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

This role will be on a 4 on 4 days/ nights shift pattern

My client who are a nationally recognised FMCG company are currently going through a period of growth within their business and are looking to add an experienced Maintenance Engineer to their team.

The Role

• Full maintenance of the plant/ site
• Use continuous improvement techniques and best practice to improve machine efficiencies.
• Deliver and develop effective re-active maintenance, repairs & improvements
• PLC programming

Experience/ skills/ Qualifications required

• Apprentice trained
• 17th edition wiring regs
• Multi-skilled automation skills on packing equipment or equivalent
• Excellent fault finding and route cause analysis skills
• Experience of working in a FMCG environment
• Some supervisory experience would be beneficial
• Comfortable in autonomous decision making and team working
