Receptionist Administrator

Stroud

£19K to £21K

My client specialises in manufacturing highly bespoke fabrications produced in their newly expanded facility in Stroud, Gloucestershire. They specialise in producing installations throughout the UK & the World. In their 30 years history they have added a whole range of skills to complement their core activity. They are looking to recruit a Receptionist Administrator to manage their front of house activities along with assisting other departments within the company.

Duties include:-

  • Answering all incoming calls.
  • Welcoming clients, offering tea/coffee as necessary.
  • Offering general administrative/office support including filing, post, typing general correspondence, emailing, scanning, photocopying.

Required skills/Knowledge of:-

Microsoft outlook/Word/Excel

Sending/adjusting digital images.

Qualities:-

Personable, adaptable, a professional and welcoming manner, calm approach, proactive, good judgement, fast thinker, methodical, able to work under pressure, excellent planning/organisational skills, confident and effective communicator, computer Literate, flexibility, team player.

8am - 5pm Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch (40 hour week)
