ROLE DEFINITION: E&I Electrical and Instrument Engineer

The installation, maintenance and inspection of all Electrical and Instrument Systems and Software. Leading an efficient and effective maintenance support service, responsible for the development, management and installation of project works, plant change, maintenance support and specific accountability for E & I inspection schedules of all electrical, instrument and control systems throughout the site.

QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING

• Degree level
• BEng in appropriate subject or be able to demonstrate suitable experience, together with an appropriate level of education.
• Hands-on working knowledge of DCS systems.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Experience in hazardous area techniques
• Held a similar post in the industry for at least 3 years
• Experience of working to the requirements of the Electricity at Work act regulations
