Omega Resource Group are currently recruiting for driven Sales Advisors to work in a busy customer service centre based near Theale. This will be on a permanent basis with your expected OTE in the first year to be at least £26k.

We are looking for confident candidates with strong communication skills and a goal achieving mind-set. Sales and account management experience would be an advantageous but we have a comprehensive ongoing training programme so not a necessity. Product knowledge is not necessary as we will have fun teaching you!

As a Sales Advisor you will be responsible for developing relationships with customers that have previously ordered from us and attaining achievable sales targets. You will be required to call customers to handle transactions, manage customer access, respond to sales enquiries and discuss our excellent product range.

Skills Required:

  • Be able to demonstrate objection handling and negotiation skills.
  • Once you develop a customer base you will need to demonstrate account management skills to provide excellent aftercare.
  • You must be motivated and be able to set yourself clear goals on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and denote positivity, resilience and enthusiasm.
  • You will have a nice, confident and clear telephone manner and work to Key Performance Indicators in line with company policy and procedure.
  • You will need to be a strong communicator in order to upsell and close potential sales.

The role is contracted to a 35 hour week, Monday - Friday with optional Saturday's if you wish (however there is no expectation). From the outset the hours are shifts between 10-6, 11-7 and 12-8 with an early finish on a Friday. Once you have built a customer basis you can move onto Flexi shifts and you pick and choose your hours.

You must be available to start on the 24th April to commence full training!
